You will direct multiple projects, manage division budgets and KPIs, and lead client relationships at the executive level. The position emphasizes safety, estimating input, strategic growth, and continuous improvement across the company.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in precision concrete, industrial, or heavy civil construction.
• Experience with precision concrete in industrial facilities.
• Proven ability to estimate and manage pit work.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong financial, contractual, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
• OSHA certification and valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Direct multiple concurrent projects and lead planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Manage division financials, project health, risk, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Interpret architectural/engineering plans and communicate technical details.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, documentation, and compliance.
• Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, unit pricing, and major proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, design engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold company safety standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
