GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer in Baytown, TX. You will patrol varied environments, read surroundings, and anticipate risks while maintaining safety and security on site.

Responsibilities include verifying identities, reacting to incidents, checking alarms and cameras, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed. The role requires US work authorization, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, TWIC card, and security credentials.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid TWIC card (hard copy) required.
• Must be 21 or older.
• At least 1 year of security experience or similar.
• Pass a 10-year background and driving screening.
• Must pass Reid or an equivalent test.
• Active hard copy security license required.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Qualifications Of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a valid TWIC Card (Hard copy in hand, not expired)
• Must be 21 or Older
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience or similar
• Must pass 10-year background and driving screening
• Must past Reid or equivalent test
• Must have an active hard copy security license
