SMS Mill Services, LLC in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a senior FP&A leader to support the operations of a $150M global industrial services business. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and KPI development for multiple sites.

The role requires 5–7 years in finance, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to company locations. CPA/MBA not required but a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience in a heavy industrial service environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• CPA or MBA not required but a plus.
• 5-7 years in finance or accounting with at least 3 years in FP&A.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Analytical with strong IT skills in ERP and related reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general financial support to Regional Operational Directors.
• Analyze financial performance and communicate results to Operations and Senior Management.
• Design, build, and maintain internal reporting across global operations.
• Own the quarterly forecast and annual budget process for the Region.
• Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards for Operations support.
• Lead weekly forecast calls and variance analysis with Operations leaders.
• Prepare standardized monthly financial reporting for Operations Reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and track Capex/Depreciation by site.
• Implement ROI analysis for new initiatives including ROI calculations.
• Analyze potential acquisition targets’ financial performance and support due diligence.
• Support month-end and year-end close and communicate P&L.
