Job summary

SMS Mill Services, LLC. seeks a Cost Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for a $150M global industrial services organization. You will specialize in forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development to drive operational efficiency and ROI across multiple sites.

You will work closely with Operations leaders and senior management to deliver accurate monthly closes, variance analyses, and detailed reporting that informs strategic decisions and capital projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
Experience in a heavy industrial service environment preferred.
Advanced Excel and 3-statement financial modeling skills are required.
Ability to travel up to 50% to company locations.

Responsibilities

Provide general financial support to one of the Regional Operational Directors.
Analyze financial performance and communicate results to Operations and Senior Management.
Design, build, and maintain internal reporting to drive global operations awareness.
Own quarterly forecast and annual budget process for the Region.
Develop KPIs and dashboards for Operations support.
Conduct weekly forecasts and lead forecast calls with variance analysis.
