Building Ventures seeks experienced concrete formworkers for a long-term on-site role near Cartersville, GA. You will layout, build, install, and strip forms for foundations and slabs on a large industrial site, ensuring accurate anchor bolts and hardware placement per drawings.

Join a safety-focused team with diverse form systems (Symons, Efco, Doka, gang forms, handset) and contribute to a mid-2028 project. Per diem offered for non-local workers; relocation or travel possible.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10/30 preferred or equivalent safety training.
• Proven concrete formwork experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Able to read structural drawings and perform layout with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Layout, build, install and strip concrete forms for foundations and slabs.
• Set anchor bolts, embeds and hardware to tolerances per drawings.
• Coordinate with concrete crews, riggers and site foremen on pour sequences.
• Maintain tools and form components; inspect for fit and specs.
• Read structural drawings and adjust form setups as required.
