Aramark is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor maintenance, restoration, and operate industrial floor care equipment at assigned locations in Kentucky. You will execute stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and carpet care while following Aramark safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires reliability, ability to read and follow procedures, and willingness to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
• Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and according to schedule for cleaning of large area of floor surface.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Adheres to uniform and PPE requirements.
