Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor maintenance and operate industrial floor care equipment in assigned locations, focusing on stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and carpet care to keep facilities in top condition.

You will follow safety standards, wear PPE, and collaborate with staff while adapting to client requirements. Prior floor care experience is preferred, and basic reading/writing and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive customer service attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Responds to customer needs and maintains a safe work environment.
• Operates industrial floor care equipment per schedule for large areas.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Handles waste including MSW, infectious and pharmaceutical waste per standards.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
