Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Fire Brigade Supervisor to lead Industrial Firefighters and ensure readiness for all hazards. You will serve as the on‑duty Incident Commander, directing fire, rescue, EMS, and hazmat responses and coordinating training and compliance across shifts.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in emergency response leadership, Fire Officer certification, and strong ICS/NIMS knowledge; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Fire Science or related field required; Fire Officer credentials preferred.
• Experience leading emergency response teams in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ICS/NIMS and incident command procedures.
• Proven ability to plan, train, and exercise readiness across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Industrial Firefighters; act as on‑duty Fire Brigade Officer during incidents.
• Direct brigade operations: fire suppression, rescue, EMS, and hazmat responses.
• Coordinate training, audits, and compliance with emergency procedures.
• Develop objectives, strategy, and resources per ICS; communicate with site leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and accountability across shifts.
