Job Description

Vector's manufacturing partner located in Aurora, OH, is a world leader in engineered polymer solutions that seal, damp, and protect critical applications in demanding environments. They have a current opening for a Industrial Finishing Machine Operator to join their team.

Available Shifts:
3rd 11p-7a ($.50 shift diff)
Pay Range is $19-$21/hr., depending upon skills.

Job Summary:
Responsible for setting up and operating a variety of rubber fabricating equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running such equipment as injection molders, splicers, cutters, tapers, saws, and stamper.
• Mount molds, tools, and fixtures, make final setting, and select sequence of operations.
• Check parts for quality at first piece and periodically, making adjustments as necessary.
• Operate multiple units depending on load and cycles.
• Working with injection molding machines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write.
• Dependable with confidential information.
• Properly use a ruler including basic shop math skills.
