Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to support industrial service projects at customer sites across various industries. The role offers hands-on work with lubrication, filtration, oil flushing, and condition monitoring services, with paid on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Compensation starts at $23–$25 per hour, with travel across multiple industrial facilities and international sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. passport.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings and site-specific clearances.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform rotating equipment lubrication services, filter exchanges, oil mist maintenance, and greasing system maintenance.
• Collect lubricant samples and vibration data to support equipment condition monitoring.
• Operate oil transfer pumps, filtration systems, and oil flushing equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair field equipment.
• Route piping and hoses and assist with oil flushing projects.
• Record equipment readings, gauge measurements, and inspection data.
• Review job plans and procedures before work begins.
• Read and follow P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
• Support service projects at refineries, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial sites.
