Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to support industrial service projects at customer sites across diverse industries. This hands-on role involves lubrication, filtration, oil flushing, and condition monitoring with opportunities for training and growth.

You will travel to refineries, manufacturing plants, and other facilities, performing maintenance and repairs, while collaborating with experienced technicians and customers. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver8ricense with a clean driving record is required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. passport.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings and site clearances.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform rotating equipment lubrication services, filter exchanges, oil mist maintenance, and greasing system maintenance.
• Collect lubricant samples and vibration data to support equipment condition monitoring.
• Operate oil transfer pumps, filtration systems, and oil flushing equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair field equipment.
• Route piping and hoses and assist with oil flushing projects.
• Record equipment readings, gauge measurements, and inspection data.
• Review job plans and procedures before work begins.
• Read and follow P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
• Support service projects at refineries, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial sites.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
