Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking a mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to support industrial service projects at customer sites nationwide. This hands‑on role involves lubrication, filtration, oil flushing, condition monitoring, and maintenance on rotating equipment, with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. passport.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings and site-specific clearances.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform rotating equipment lubrication services, filter exchanges, oil mist maintenance, and greasing system maintenance.
• Collect lubricant samples and vibration data to support equipment condition monitoring.
• Operate oil transfer pumps, filtration systems, and oil flushing equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair field equipment.
• Route piping and hoses and assist with oil flushing projects.
• Record equipment readings, gauge measurements, and inspection data.
• Review job plans and procedures before work begins.
• Read and follow P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
• Support service projects at refineries, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial sites.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all safety requirements.
• Properly use PPE and comply with LOTO, JHA/JSA, and work permits.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Assist with loading/unloading and maintaining equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
