Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical and electrohydraulic equipment in Norristown, PA.

The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on field service experience and strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical skills. You will diagnose problems, interpret schematics and drawings, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors during installation, service, and repair activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of field service, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or hands-on technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, hydraulics and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

• Commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical and electrohydraulic systems.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and control-system problems.
• Troubleshoot diesel-powered equipment and associated components.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors during installation, commissioning, service, and repair.
• Provide customers with technical support and equipment training.
• Document service activities, troubleshooting findings, repairs, and recommendations.
• Occasional travel to customer locations across the US.
