Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications
• High professionalism with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
• Solid technical background in pumps, motors, blowers, hydraulics and electro‑mechanical systems
• Deep understanding of electromechanical systems, fluids, electrical and HVAC, plus PLC diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field service support with regional and national scope, including nights and weekends
• Manage time and resources for service activities and projects
• Plan, coordinate and execute equipment installations and customer training
• Identify spare parts range, quantity, price and delivery timelines
• Propose preventative maintenance contracts and manage personnel
• Ensure work is completed on time and to service standards
• Document issues and communicate causes and solutions to manufacturing
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with project management and service teams for schedules
• Update service and training documentation and provide on-site training
• Track materials and ensure parts availability to meet schedules
• Assist inventory level decisions with material management
• Collaborate with international teams and customers on developments
