Job summary

HMS Products Co is seeking a Field Service Technician to build, commission, and service HMS equipment at customer sites across North America.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting legacy systems, performing preventive maintenance, wiring, and replacing components. You will train customer personnel from electrical and operator perspectives, while ensuring compliance with NEC codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Install and troubleshoot industrial electrical circuits from high voltage three-phase to low voltage.
• Use common electrical tools and measuring devices.
• Team player with ability to travel nationwide.
• Understand NEC code for industrial and commercial environments.
• Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Build and commission new systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair legacy equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance per HMS standards and document work.
• Provide telephone support for new and legacy equipment.
• Assist with installs throughout North America.
• Train customer personnel on HMS equipment from electrical and operator perspectives.
