Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of technical field, applications engineering, or similar hands-on experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, mining, power generation, heavy industrial environments.
• Familiarity with sensor technologies, industrial monitoring, electronics, and network communications.
• Knowledge of Modbus, 4–20mA, relay logic, and other common protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in company products, technologies, and applications across industrial markets.
• Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
• Translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable system and product solutions.
• Configure standard products and systems for application-specific requirements.
• Design customized solutions incorporating internal and third-party technologies.
• Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis to support product selection.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers through sales and implementation.
