Job summary

Triax Industries LLC in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Maintenance/Facilities Coordinator to handle cleaning, repairs, and basic infrastructure tasks in two production buildings. You will assist the Maintenance team with machine relocation, sign repair, and 5S station upkeep, ensuring production areas are clean and ready.

The role requires 2–5 years of industrial experience, familiarity with safety procedures, plumbing, basic welding, and the ability to work with hand tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities coordination in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Familiar with general safety procedures (LOTOV, confined space, HazMat storage).
• Experience with hand tools, plumbing, general maintenance; light welding is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools and their uses.
• Capability to troubleshoot and fix machines and facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors in two production buildings including walkways and shop floors.
• Striping painting when needed; repair signage as required.
• Support Maintenance team and plant facilities with machine relocation and equipment rearrangement.
• Perform general maintenance such as painting, welding, and assembly.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical work as needed.
• Interact daily with operators to keep areas clean and ready for production.
• Maintain 5S stations in production areas or implement as directed by Facilities Manager.
• Report and address safety concerns with Facilities Manager and staff.
• All other duties as assigned.
