The Production Maintenance Specialist performs routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoots and repairs machinery, and helps minimize downtime while ensuring safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production or manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and documenting activities.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, IT, automation, roofing, lighting, doors, and related building systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and on-call needs 24/7.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and records; work with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with facility improvements and general upkeep.
