You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient operations through troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies while collaborating with a team dedicated to operational excellence, innovation, and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safe and reliable operation of production electrical testing equipment and manufacturing systems.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities independently.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with minimal supervision.Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and support long-term reliability improvements.Accurately document maintenance activities, downtime events, repairs, and work orders within CMMS systems.Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation.Collaborate with operators, technicians, engineers, and leadership teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently.Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.Follow established maintenance procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.Support company safety programs and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.One of the following:Technical or vocational training with certification in a related field; or5-8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; or4 years of military service in a related technical field.Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.Experience performing preventive maintenance and documenting maintenance activities.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Strong computer skills and proficiency with maintenance documentation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Preferred QualificationsExperience with conveyors, automated production systems, or electrical testing equipment.Experience participating in root cause analysis (RCA) investigations.Background supporting Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives.Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automation technologies, including:Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)Servo systemsProgrammable Logic Controllers (PLCs)Robotics and automated equipmentWhy Join Us?This is more than a maintenance role.
