Job summary

Amcor is seeking a maintenance technician to support production and facility maintenance across the plant. You will troubleshoot air compressors, refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical distribution and PLC basics, using SCADA data for monitoring.

Strong reading of schematics and blueprints is required, along with a willingness to be on-call. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, electro-mechanical certification, and 3–5 years in facility maintenance trades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical distribution and PLC basics.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair production/facility equipment.
• On-call during off-hours and weekends.
