Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Industrial Facilities Project Engineer for 100% on-site in Crestview, FL. You will own reliability and maintenance strategies, and drive end-to-end facilities projects using NX CAD from design through handoff.

You will partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve safety, throughput, and energy performance while developing environmental expertise through mentorship and training. This role emphasizes ownership and hands-on impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 5–8 years hands-on facilities engineering experience.
• Experience with NX CAD or ability to learn quickly.

Compensation & benefits: $100,000–$140,000 base + full benefits package

Picture this: a production line is gearing up for a critical run. Systems hum, utilities are stable, and the floor is safe—because you engineered it that way. In this fully on‑site role, you’ll take ownership of facilities reliability and projects that enable precision manufacturing. You’ll report to a seasoned on‑site manager and work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations, maintenance, and engineering. If you’re strong in facilities, we’ll help you build environmental expertise with training and mentorship.
