Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a skilled Industrial Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to keep a high-performing manufacturing site running safely and efficiently in the Ivyland/Warminster area. The role combines mechanical, electrical (up to 440V), and hydraulic maintenance with ongoing improvements and collaboration with engineers and contractors.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support installation of new machines and production lines while maintaining facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and operate a forklift and scissor lift.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance and weekly/monthly equipment inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Install and troubleshoot building systems up to 440V, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Assist with installing new machines and production lines; coordinate with engineers and contractors.
• Maintain facility appearance and readiness: cleaning, emergency cleanups, exterior upkeep, room setup.
• Handle manual repairs and manage daily waste (trash, recyclables).
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
