Industrial Facilities Maintenance MechanicWhere you’ll work: Milton Roy — 201 Ivyland Rd, Warminster, PA 18974 (primary operations in the Ivyland, PA area)When you’ll work: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (overtime and some weekends as needed)Why this roleKeep a high-performing manufacturing site running safely and efficiently.Apply your mechanical, electrical (up to 440V), and hydraulic know-how to minimize downtime.Contribute to continuous improvement with a collaborative team focused on daily and monthly goals.Your impactExecute preventive maintenance and weekly/monthly equipment inspections.Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Install and troubleshoot building systems: primary facility electrical up to 440V, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing.Assist with installing new machines and production lines; coordinate with engineers and contractors for proper commissioning.Maintain facility appearance and readiness: general and non-routine cleaning, emergency cleanups, exterior/parking lot upkeep, room set-up and resupply.Handle manual repairs; remove trash, cardboard, and recyclables daily.Partner with teammates to optimize workflow and meet production targets.Must-havesHigh School Diploma or equivalent5+ years’ maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and operate a forklift and scissor liftWorks well independently and within a teamNice-to-havesHands-on experience with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses)Strong time management, strategic thinking, and adaptabilityGeneral computer knowledge: SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelTools, tech, and domainsIndustrial maintenance and construction practicesHydraulicsElectrical systems and lightingCNC setup/changeover and CNC mechanical serviceManufacturing Instructions (MI)Forklift and scissor lift operationsGeneral computer use and power toolsOn-site focusThis position is based on-site in the Ivyland, PA area with no anticipated travel.Grow with Ingersoll RandFor over a century and a half, Ingersoll Rand has combined deep engineering expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
