Job summary

Lawrence Equipment, Inc. is seeking a reliable Janitorial / Facilities Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility for production and office spaces.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in an industrial setting. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and dependable, contributing to a well-maintained work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year janitorial work experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: stand, twist, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and dusting in all areas of the building.
• Maintain floors and restrooms, including soap and towel dispensers.
• Remove trash from offices and common areas on a routine basis.
• Keep shop, production, warehouse, and offices clean, orderly, and safe.
