Job summary

LAPP, a global manufacturing leader, seeks an Industrial Facilities Capital Projects Manager in New Jersey to lead CAPEX from feasibility through commissioning. You’ll coordinate Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance to deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding safety standards.

You will own equipment lifecycle strategy, run ROI analyses, and drive risk mitigation and vendor management, embedding Lean and Six Sigma to boost throughput and reliability across the plant

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience managing capital projects in manufacturing.
• Track record of capital projects > $500,000.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and PM platforms; financial fluency in capital justification.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX portfolios from feasibility to commissioning.
• Author charters, develop integrated schedules, and drive risk mitigation.
• Own equipment lifecycle strategy and ROI for repair/replace decisions.
• Coordinate expansions, utilities upgrades, and plant layout with stakeholders.
• Direct vendor selection, enforce safety standards, and manage contracts.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 plus participation in LAPP's bonus plan.
