LAPP is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager responsible for leading capital investment projects and maintenance initiatives. This role ensures projects comply with safety, quality, budget, and timing requirements while bridging Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, over five years of manufacturing experience, and expertise in project management software. The position offers a competitive salary between $120,000 - $130,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of capital investment projects and major maintenance initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role leads facility expansions, equipment upgrades, and large-scale maintenance turnarounds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with zero compromise on safety, quality, or operational performance.
They will serve as the technical and project leadership bridge between Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and external partners.

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Proficiency in the English language, written and spoken is required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Primavera, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.

After thorough market analysis, LAPP takes many factors into consideration when determining base salary such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, etc. of the candidate. The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 plus participation in LAPP's bonus plan.
