Job summary

This non-exempt role reports to the VP of Estimating and covers the full bid life cycle, coordinating with owners, A/E, and subcontractors to prepare complete bid packages.

Qualifications

• Technical training or industrial construction estimating experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid lifecycle from invitation to proposal submission.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs from drawings and bid packages.
• Coordinate estimating with vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
• Support project teams with change orders, extra work, and risk analysis.
