Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a skilled technician responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial, commercial bakery, production kitchen, laundry and refrigeration systems park-wide. The role includes performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and guiding junior technicians to improve technical skills.

Candidates must have 6+ years of relevant experience, an EPA Universal Refrigerant Certificate, and a valid Florida driver's license.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience with Commercial/Industrial Bakery, Production Kitchen, Laundry and refrigeration equipment.
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certificate required.
Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
National standard of commercial or industrial repair certification required.
Technical schooling and/or AA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and replace industrial and commercial equipment across park.
Perform preventative maintenance on production and bakery equipment and refrigeration systems.
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
Prepare parts ordering documentation and ensure safety programs compliance.
Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
