Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a precise assembly technician to join our production team. You will assemble fabricated and machined components, rig and load trucks with overhead cranes, and verify parts meet blueprints and quality standards.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to manufacturing. You will read blueprints and schematics with full proficiency, select the correct tools, and perform final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Mathematics: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and perform metric conversions.
• Overhead crane experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components from small subassemblies to large machinery to specification.
• Operate overhead cranes to rig and load trucks independently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with proficiency.
• Select appropriate tools and equipment to execute the production schedule.
• Conduct final inspections to verify quality compliance.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide backup coverage as needed for internal and external stakeholders.

Role OverviewJoin a precision-driven assembly team and report to the Assembly Manager.
