Job summary

Rampmaster is seeking an industrial painter or an apprentice painter to be trained by our current staff in Coatesville, PA. The role covers pre-paint prep, coating application, and proper disposal of waste, with emphasis on durable finishes for heavy machinery and industrial components.

The successful candidate will work under experienced staff, perform surface preparation, painting, and quality checks to meet exact specifications while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning, sanding, priming and painting according to manufacturer instructions.
• Ability to apply coatings to heavy machinery and industrial components with quality finish.
• Commitment to safety procedures and proper disposal of waste and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare equipment surfaces, remove rust and old paint, and mask areas to protect unpainted parts.
• Disassemble/reassemble items for painting and prime/paint to specifications.
• Inspect finished work for runs or uneven coverage and perform touch-ups.
