Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Utility Operator to perform a variety of operational tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role supports the waste disposal process by charging equipment, managing refuse, loading ash, and supervising delivery trucks to the tipping floor.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 50 lbs, and pass respirator requirements. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must qualify to wear a full-face respirator.
• Able to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is properly charged for operation.
• Maintain refuse fuel levels in boiler hoppers and equipment.
• Mix and level refuse in the industrial pit.
• Load ash using various industrial equipment.
• Supervise and observe delivery trucks to tipping floor.
• Safely operate frontend loaders for tipping floor processing.
