Job summary

Western States Envelope & Label is seeking a Machine Adjuster to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot envelope production equipment. You will fine-tune folding, gluing, feeding, cutting, printing, and related components to ensure high quality output with minimal downtime.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform precise adjustments. Shift premiums apply for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with strong team collaboration and safety compliance as core priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up production orders on a machine in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours and perform precise adjustments.
• Strong math skills for measurements and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust envelope manufacturing machines per job specs.
• Perform changeovers, including tooling and guides as needed.
• Verify settings and first samples meet quality specs before full production.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and assist maintenance when required.
