Qualifications

• Flexibility with machine assignment required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler; basic computer skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust converting equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments with close tolerances.
• Monitor machines for quality and run speed standards.
• Maximize productivity and manage run changes between jobs.
• Troubleshoot and correct equipment problems to reduce quality variations.
