Job summary

Western States Envelope & Label Company in Erlanger, KY is hiring an Order Set Up Operator (Adjuster) to set up and operate folding equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform daily maintenance on 2nd shift (4x10s: 4:30pm–3:00am) with a $1.50 shift premium ($23.50/hr total). Training begins on the 1st shift, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and regular merit raises.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read work orders, and attention to quality.

Qualifications

• Industrial setting experience preferable.
• Ability to perform daily maintenance and light repairs on folding equipment.
• Strong math skills for measuring and counting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate envelope folding machines and configure work orders.
• Perform daily machine maintenance and routine changeovers.
• Inspect product quality and adjust equipment to eliminate variations.
• Document labor, time, and quality data and maintain a tidy work area.
• Pack and cartonize finished envelopes and prepare for shipping.
