Candidates should have at least 1 year of plant production experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and basic computer know-how.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control equipment and processes to meet production and sanitation standards.
• Communicate issues to plant management during production.
• Assist teardown, cleaning, and rebuilding; ensure startup efficiency.
• Set up panels and equipment for production and verify proper operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide back-up leadership to supervisor as needed.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and perform varied physical tasks.
• Maintain safe and timely shift transitions to avoid production interruptions.
