Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Aggregate Maintenance Technician - Swing Shift in Buckeye, AZ to maintain mining processing equipment, perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance, and prepare daily/weekly department reports.

You will follow manufacturer service intervals, manage spare parts inventory, address breakdowns with urgency, and adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements while promoting a culture of health and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, and industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with welding, fabrication, cutting torch, and tool use.
• Preferred experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, and other industrial equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment following manufacturer intervals and company procedures.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and inspect equipment condition.
• Perform repairs and adjustments; report findings to Supervisor.
• Respond to production equipment breakdowns with emergency repairs.
• Adhere to safety, environmental and company policies; complete required paperwork.
• Promote a culture of health, safety and environmental compliance.
