Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Aggregate Maintenance Technician to maintain mining processing equipment on the Swing Shift at our Buckeye, AZ location. The role includes inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance, with responsibility for daily/weekly reports and safety adherence.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/equivalent, hands-on mechanical repair experience in industrial settings, and basic welding or fabrication skills. A safety-conscious mindset and ability to use PPE are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation and construction in industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment following manufacturer intervals and company procedures.
• Maintain inventory of regularly needed replacement parts.
• Inspect condition and operation of plant equipment and perform repairs and adjustments.
• Report repairs or findings to Supervisor and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Adhere to safety/environmental policies and complete required paperwork.
