Step into a day on our maintenance teamYou start your morning with a walk-through of the press lines, listening for subtle changes in sound and checking performance metrics. A folder on your cart holds yesterday’s notes from operators. One press is drifting off registration — you trace the issue, isolate the root cause, and plan a corrective repair. By mid-morning, you’re on the phone with a vendor to discuss a part revision while also weighing whether an in-house fabrication will get production back online faster. After lunch, you rebuild a worn assembly, machining a replacement sleeve on the lathe and finishing it on the surface grinder.
