Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Recruiter in Phoenix, AZ to recruit skilled trades, plant operators, and technical professionals in industrial environments.

You will develop sourcing strategies, attract diverse talent, and partner with HR partners and hiring managers to fill roles efficiently. Responsibilities include managing requisitions, delivering regular progress updates, and ensuring correct ATS disposition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the recruiting field.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, refinery, or environmental operations is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of skilled trades, process operations, or environmental roles is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build relationships with HR Partners and hiring managers to understand requirements and talent profiles.
• Manage requisitions and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and code applicants in the ATS and ensure proper disposition as needed.
• Forecast staffing needs in collaboration with operations and safety leadership.
• Stay current on market trends in industrial and environmental recruiting.
