Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a mechanical, industrial, or other technical bachelor's or master's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Analytical thinker who can reengineer processes.
• Strong analytics skills with experience in queries, leveraging AI, and advanced Excel.
• Proven project management skills including business case development and stakeholder presentations.
• Foundational understanding of engineering design principles and distribution automation technology.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Curious about emerging technologies and evaluating vendors/tools.
• Willing to relocate to a distribution or fulfillment center.

Responsibilities

• Develop process flow design, productivity measures, time studies, data collection, and analyses.
• Lead parts of the project management lifecycle with business cases and strategy presentations.
• Design, implement, and refine engineered solutions within distribution or fulfillment center operations.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify inefficiencies and reengineer processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope problems, design solutions, and quantify impact.
• Research emerging technologies and evaluate automation or vendor partners through proof of concept to deployment.
