Industrial Engineers apply advanced problem solving techniques and lean principles to develop and optimize the Manufacturing system in order to maximize throughput, increase efficiency, and value. Industrial Engineers are involved in all phases of the factory life cycle, including proposals, Capacity Planning, Manpower Planning, Factory Layout, Cell/Line balancing, Simulation and Process Modeling, Labor Performance Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Process Mapping, and Project Management.

This position requires security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
