A leading solar energy manufacturer is seeking an intern for a full-time role focusing on large-scale manufacturing projects. The internship will provide hands-on experience with production line planning, process optimization, and project management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, strong AutoCAD and Excel skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD for layout planning and design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis activities.
• Experience in manufacturing techniques, particularly photovoltaic processes.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing system and production line planning.
• Calculate cycle time hours and standard production capacity.
• Perform process and data analysis to identify bottlenecks.
• Manage projects and coordinate teams in design proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering activities.
