Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Be willing to take the initiative, working independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills including average to above-average computer ability.
• Demonstrating a positive, collaborative approach is important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects in our highly automated warehouse system.
• Utilize industrial engineering best practices in equipment, process, and human factor analysis.
• Focus on human interfacing aspects of process and systems.
• Observe, document, and time study processes to help define engineered standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
