• Reviews department productivity and partners with operations to support action plans to improve performance and training.
• Supports the coordination and follow-up actions from assessments and audits.
• Undertakes Lean projects and initiatives under the direction of the General Manager.
• Collects and analyzes production data and develops KPIs at the Plant level for improvement opportunities.
• Executes continuous improvement ideas visibly and functionally with display boards to meet KPI goals.
