Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Industrial Engineering with at least 1 year in the program.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Minitab, Access, Visio, Tableau/Power BI preferred.
- Strong communication across all levels; low absenteeism; self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Analyze processes and develop improvement recommendations for operations.
- Quantify savings using engineering solutions and document findings.
- Create process maps and documentation to support business needs.
- Establish and update work standards via time studies.
- Analyze observations and calculate standard times using Workstudy+.
- Develop and maintain engineering-supported systems and reports.
- Coordinate with supervision and management on system inquiries.
- Present project results to leadership at summer end.
