Harris invites an Industrial Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in industrialized construction and manufacturing operations. You will work with seasoned engineers and operations professionals on meaningful projects, applying engineering principles to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

During the internship, you will develop problem-solving and analytical skills through real projects, with exposure to process improvement, data analysis, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Industrial engineering within the construction or manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
