Cretex Medical is offering an internship aimed at enhancing manufacturing and warehousing operations. Interns will support implementing a barcode system to improve efficiency and develop critical documentation such as work instructions and training materials.

This position requires collaboration across engineering, IT, and operations teams in the fast-paced environment of Cretex's facilities in Minnesota, providing a hands-on experience in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Basic IT and networking knowledge; familiarity with barcode technologies.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills for multiple audiences.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Implement a new barcode system to optimize workflows and improve inventory accuracy.
• Develop and deliver documentation such as work instructions and training guides.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams.
• Assist in designing the barcode system implementation.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support hardware and software.
