Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. in Greensboro, NC invites students enrolled in BS/MS programs in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering for an Industrial Engineering Internship.

The program offers real work experience, mentoring, and opportunities for full-time roles based on performance. Responsibilities include KPI/dashboard development, identifying process drift, reducing work queues, and driving continuous improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Experience with statistical and/or reporting tools such as Spotfire or Tableau
• Experience with Wrike and SAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Qorvo’sIndustrial Engineering Internships are offered in our Global Operations business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
