RTX in Coralville, IA is offering an internship/co-op focused on manufacturing process support and continuous improvement. You will assist with equipment layouts, work sequences, and workflow documentation while learning to apply root cause analysis and CAD tools to real-world problems.

This onsite role trains you to review processes for quality and producibility, design fixtures, and develop tactical plans.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship or co-op session.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
