MSA Safety is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering student for a co-op rotation to support time studies, methods analysis, and process improvements. The role focuses on BOM maintenance, routing optimization, layout work, and cost reduction initiatives within a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an ABET-accredited IE degree, has strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and effective communication skills, and can thrive in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering discipline, from an ABET-accredited program, and have completed at least one semester of Sophomore year before beginning this co-op rotation.
