Job summary

Luxium Solutions, LLC is seeking a Fall 2026 Industrial Engineering Co-Op to work on-site at our Hiram, OH facility. You will collaborate with Excelitas Engineering and Production teams to conduct time studies, labor analyses and cost calculations.

The role requires a BS-track in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical/Chemical with two years completed, and you must have U.S. work authorization without time restrictions. No relocation assistance and no visa sponsorship are available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical/Chemical with two years completed.
• U.S. work authorization without time restriction is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operating reviews of product assembly lines, including time studies, labor capacity analysis and cost calculations.
• Update or develop standard work instructions and assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create technical reports and presentations to support engineering and production teams.

This position is forFall of 2026andlocatedinourHiram, OH facility. The ability to work 100% on-site isrequired.
